Elevator Pitch: There is a myth that entrepreneurial people are both great at making their product and running a business. This isn’t true, and should be proactively addressed.
Favorite Quotes:
“Every Adolescent business reaches a point where it pushes beyond its owner’s Comfort Zone -the boundary within which he feels secure in his ability to control his environment, and outside of which he begins to lose that control.”
“The fatal assumption is: if you understand the technical work of a business, you understand a business that does that technical work.”

Overview:
If you haven’t noticed, I am reading a lot of books about small businesses right now. That is because I am in one. If you know this joy/challenge, then you should pick this one up. It is a pretty quick read, (can be read in a weekend) and can give you the framework to challenge you to grow your business by realizing much needed things about yourself.
